Attention: Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. We are working to get orders out to you as quickly as possible.
What is the return policy?

While we want you to be 100% satisfied with your Balloon Therapy items, we do offer returns, exchanges, and store credit on any unused merchandise within 30 days of your purchase. All DIY Kits must be unused and sent back to our studio to be

Balloon Therapy is unable to accept returns on items bought from our retail partners. Please contact our retail partners directly for the appropriate refund, credit, or exchange.
What are my shipping options?
Ground shipping will arrive in 2-5 days depending on the final destination.
- Ground deliveries shipping to a business will deliver Monday-Fridays.
- Ground deliveries shipping to a residential address will deliver Tuesday-Saturday.
Express shipping will arrive in 2 business days however this does not include weekends. For example, if you place an order on a Thursday the Balloon Therapy will arrive at its final destination on Monday.
Overnight shipping is now available! If you order by 2pm CST your Balloon Therapy will go out the same day to arrive the following business day. Overnight shipping will only deliver Monday - Friday.
Can I ship a Balloon Therapy outside of the US?
Yes! We currently ship internationally. Please allow at least an additional week of shipping as packages can be held up in customs when shipping internationally. We are not responsible for the reimbursement of any fees assessed at the time of delivery.
Please note we do not currently ship orders to China.
What if I accidentally put the wrong ship to address?
We definitely understand that this happens. If we are notified prior to shipping the package we will update the shipping information. Once a package is sent out it takes roughly 2 weeks to be sent back to the Balloon Therapy warehouse.
A Balloon Therapy employee will contact you for a new 'Ship To' address as well as payment information to reship your Balloon Therapy. There is a $14 charge to change the address of your package once it's been shipped to the initial address.
Shipments that are ‘returned to sender’ or undeliverable are subject to additional shipping and handling costs.
Does Balloon Therapy ship inside another package or show up just as shown?
All packages are within a carrier box to assure that your package is in mint condition when you open it!
Is shipping included?
Shipping will be an additional charge and price is subject to change depending on where the package is being shipped to. Shipping is free if your cart total is above the stated free shipping threshold.
How quickly will my Balloon Therapy be sent?
Packages will ship within 1 business day from our Texas warehouse. Orders placed after 2pm CST are not guaranteed to be processed until the following business day.
What if my package comes damaged?
If your package is delivered damaged please email us at hello@balloontherapy.co and send photos of your damaged package and we will determine next steps.
Can I ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Absolutely! We love supporting our military and their families worldwide. All Balloon Therapy's shipped to APO and FPO boxes are shipped with the US Postal Service. We are always happy to include a special note to any military orders. If you have any questions email us at hello@balloontherapy.co.
