01. Can my balloon be customized?

Of course— personalization is our specialty! Fiona, one of our owners, is a hand letterer and can write/draw almost anything on your balloon, no matter the size. We have many color options for you to choose from. Bonus! She’s almost always here, so we can usually accommodate walk-in personalization orders.

02. Do you Deliver?

Yes we do. We service all of DFW. Delivery is priced according to location and time. On site balloon styling and installation is also offered.

03. Do you ship?

Yes, again! Processing time is 7 business days plus ship time, so we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance. We offer hand-lettered personalization on shipped balloons, ask our stylist for more info!

04. How do I order balloons?

Step 1: Fill out our online inquiry with all your event details.
Step 2: One of our stylists will call you within 3-5 business days (not the weekend!).
Step 3: after all your questions are answered and you’re ready to order, we can process your payment over the phone.
Step 4: pick up your order/receive your delivery at the date and time you schedule with our balloon stylist.
Step 5: enjoy your gorgeous balloons!!! And tag us in your Instagram pics @balloontherapy 🙂

05. Can I choose my own colors and design?

Yes, all of our designs are created and personalized to you.

06. Do you have a showroom?

Yes, our flagship balloon studio is located at Reagan St. in the Design District. You can walk in anytime the shop is open, however, we highly recommend ordering ahead of time to secure your balloon and pick up time. 2363 Reagan St Shite 180 Dallas, Tx 75219
